Myeongdong 2-ga covers the main shopping streets south of the centre, with Myeongdong Cathedral and the busiest street food stretch.
Myeongdong 2-ga is the heart of the district: the main shopping streets, the evening street-food stalls, money changers and, at its top, Myeongdong Cathedral. It is busiest from late afternoon to around 10 pm.
Getting there
Myeongdong Station (Line 4) exits lead straight into the shopping streets. The cathedral is about 10 minutes’ walk uphill from the station.
