Myeongdong 1-ga is the northern half of Myeongdong, closest to Euljiro and home to many cosmetics shops, cafes and hotels.
Myeongdong 1-ga is the northern half of Myeongdong, running up towards Euljiro. It is packed with cosmetics stores, cafes, hotels and department stores, and is slightly calmer than the main southern streets in the evening.
Getting there
Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2) is at its northern edge; Myeongdong Station (Line 4) is a 5-minute walk south. From City Hall Station, walk east along Eulji-ro.
